1 Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the viptk platform and all its services. The words "viptk", "we", "our", and "platform" refer to viptk's online casino and sports betting services.
By accessing this website, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this site.

2 User Eligibility
To use viptk's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
- Online gaming and betting must be legally permitted in the jurisdiction where you reside.
- You may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
- You will operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — not on behalf of anyone else.
- You are not an employee, director, or close relative of a viptk employee or director.
We reserve the right to verify age and identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration
To open an account on the viptk platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to close an account and forfeit any deposited funds if false information is provided.
3.2 Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We may also suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount at viptk is ৳200 (the same for each method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). No methods other than these are accepted.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact our support with the relevant transaction reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. After successful verification, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
4.3 Withdrawal Verification
We reserve the right to verify identity and payment method before any withdrawal. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy is our obligation. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal process.
All financial transactions on viptk are protected by SSL encryption. Your personal financial information is never shared with third parties.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 and receive a maximum of ৳20,000 bonus — total ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must place bets of 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus offer must be used within its specified validity period.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met.
- If any fraudulent behavior or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
- viptk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6 Gaming & Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play
All games on viptk are operated on the basis of a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. There is no manipulation of results. We believe in fair play and ensure equal opportunity for all users.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing using any software, bot, or automated system.
- Playing in a fraudulent manner by colluding with other users.
- Exploiting system errors or technical issues.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Using or sharing another person's account.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error in any game results in an abnormal payout, viptk reserves the right to void that result and refund the affected bets.
7 VIP Program & Cashback Policy
viptk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. By playing regularly, you can move up to a higher tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated once per week. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately and viptk reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time.
8 Responsible Gaming Obligations
viptk believes that sports and gaming are for entertainment — not as a source of income. We are strong advocates of responsible gaming.
- This platform is strictly for ages 21+. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
- You can set limits or take an account break on your own initiative at any time.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

The intellectual property of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, etc.) is reserved under their respective companies.
10 Limitation of Liability
10.1 Service Continuity
viptk always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to technical errors, maintenance, or third-party issues. viptk is not liable for such interruptions.
10.2 Damage Claims
viptk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability will never exceed the amount of the user's relevant transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution Process
12.1 Filing a Complaint

12.2 Betting Disputes
If you disagree with the result of any bet, a complaint must be submitted within 72 hours of the result being published. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.
12.3 Final Decision
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled by mediation with the consent of both parties. The decision of viptk management will be considered final unless otherwise agreed by mutual settlement.
13 Amendment & Termination of Terms
viptk reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to give reasonable prior notice.
